We are thrilled to announce that the CANALLS project received prominent attention at the International Farming Systems Association (IFSA) Conference, held from June 30 to July 4, 2024, in Trapani, Italy.
Our esteemed partner, the Research Center for Global Food Security and Ecosystems (GFE) of the University of Hohenheim, played a pivotal role in this prestigious event showcasing CANALLS with their presentation on "Analysis of advisory services for agroecological transformation in Central Africa".
Hosted by CREA, the Council for Agricultural Research and Economics | Research Centre for Agricultural Policies and Bioeconomy, IFSA 2024 centered on the theme of "Systemic Change for Sustainable Futures." This year's conference provided a vibrant platform for discussions on innovative transition pathways and rethinking food production systems to address global sustainability challenges.
The GFE team involved in the CANALLS project delivered a compelling presentation that captured the essence of our initiative. Their insightful contributions sparked meaningful dialogues among participants, highlighting the critical need for systemic change in our approach to food security and ecosystem management.
